We do not sell voluntarily submitted health, dietary, accessibility, or accommodation information. We do not use this information for targeted advertising.

Unsubscribing from marketing messages does not cancel an event registration or stop essential transactional, payment, safety, or event-related communications.

Roommate information
If an attendee selects double occupancy, PUSHer may disclose limited information to the requested or assigned roommate as necessary to confirm the room arrangement.
We will not provide one roommate with another roommate’s payment information, sensitive accommodation information, or complete registration record unless authorized or required by law.
Emergency disclosures
We may disclose information to hotel security, emergency responders, healthcare professionals, law enforcement, or an emergency contact when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to respond to an emergency, prevent harm, or protect the safety of an attendee or another person.
7. Sale, Sharing and Targeted Advertising
PUSHer does not sell personal information for monetary payment.
We may use analytics or advertising technologies that disclose limited website, cookie, device, or engagement information to service providers. Some state privacy laws may define certain advertising-related disclosures as a “sale,” “sharing,” or processing for targeted advertising even when no money is exchanged.
You may request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or its use for targeted advertising by:

An attendee who has a safety-related concern about photography or recording should contact miller@push-her.com before the event. PUSHer will make reasonable efforts to address the concern but cannot guarantee that an attendee will not appear incidentally in crowd or background images.
Attendees may not photograph or record private conversations, sensitive wellness activities, personal prayer, accommodation discussions, or other attendees in circumstances where privacy would reasonably be expected without permission.
9. Information Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
These measures may include access limitations, password protection, secure third-party platforms, website-security tools, software updates, backups, and staff or contractor confidentiality requirements.
No website, email system, payment platform, or electronic-storage method is completely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The PUSHer Wellness Experience is intended for adults age 21 and older. The website and registration services are not directed to children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If we learn that we collected such information without legally valid authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
