Effective Date: July 1, 2026
This Registration, Payment and Refund Policy applies to the 2027 PUSHer Wellness Experience scheduled for June 24–27, 2027, at the Omni Houston Hotel in Houston, Texas. The event is produced by Dr. Mya P. Miller Enterprise LLC, referred to in this policy as “PUSHer,” “we,” “our,” or the “Organizer.”
By registering, submitting payment, or participating in a payment plan, each attendee acknowledges that she has read, understands, and agrees to this policy.
1. Registration Pricing
Registration prices are charged per attendee:
- Single Occupancy: $3,500 per attendee
- Double Occupancy: $3,200 per attendee
Double-occupancy pricing is not the combined price for two attendees. Each attendee must register separately and pay the applicable registration price.
Registration includes only the accommodations, meals, programming, materials, local transportation, and other benefits expressly identified on the PUSHer website or registration page.
Airfare, baggage fees, airport transportation, travel expenses, hotel incidentals, personal purchases, transportation beyond the stated service area, and services not expressly listed are not included.
2. Non-Refundable Deposit
A $500 deposit is required to reserve an attendee’s space.
The $500 deposit is applied toward the attendee’s total registration price and is not an additional charge above the stated registration price.
The deposit is non-refundable and may not be transferred or credited toward another event, except when PUSHer permanently cancels the event and does not reschedule it, as provided in Section 11.
Registration is not confirmed until the required deposit or approved registration payment has been successfully processed.
3. Remaining Balance and Payment Plans
All remaining registration balances must be paid in full by 11:59 p.m. Central Time on April 1, 2027, regardless of the date the attendee initially registered.
Each attendee is responsible for monitoring her balance and ensuring all payments are successfully processed. A declined, disputed, reversed, or missed payment does not extend the payment deadline.
Participation in a payment plan does not change the total registration price, refund schedule, non-refundable deposit requirement, or final-payment deadline.
If an attendee’s balance is not paid by the deadline, PUSHer may cancel the registration after providing written notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve the missed payment.
If a registration is canceled for nonpayment:
- The $500 deposit remains non-refundable.
- Payments previously made will be handled according to the refund schedule in effect on the date the registration is canceled.
- Any refund will exclude non-refundable service, platform, and payment-processing fees.
- PUSHer is not required to hold the attendee’s room, registration space, price, roommate assignment, discount, or event benefits after cancellation.
4. Refund Calculations
Refund eligibility is determined by the date and time PUSHer receives the attendee’s complete written refund request.
Refund percentages apply only to eligible registration payments actually received from the attendee after subtracting the $500 non-refundable deposit.
The following amounts are excluded from refund calculations:
- The $500 non-refundable deposit
- Ticketing-platform and service fees
- Credit-card and payment-processing fees
- Payment-plan and installment fees
- Returned-payment or chargeback fees
- Spot event-protection fees
- Add-on purchases identified as non-refundable
- Amounts paid by a sponsor, scholarship provider, organization, promotional credit, or other third party
Refund percentages are not calculated using the total registration price unless the attendee has paid the total registration price.
For example, if an attendee has paid $2,000, including the $500 deposit, and submits an eligible request during the 50% refund period, the maximum refund would be 50% of the remaining $1,500, or $750, less any other applicable non-refundable fees.
5. Refund Schedule
Subject to all conditions and exclusions contained in this policy:
- Written refund requests received on or before 11:59 p.m. Central Time on January 1, 2027, are eligible for a refund of 50% of eligible registration payments actually received, excluding the $500 deposit and all non-refundable fees.
- Written refund requests received from 12:00 a.m. Central Time on January 2, 2027, through 11:59 p.m. Central Time on April 1, 2027, are eligible for a refund of 30% of eligible registration payments actually received, excluding the $500 deposit and all non-refundable fees.
- Refund requests received after 11:59 p.m. Central Time on April 1, 2027, are not eligible for a refund.
6. Refund Request Process
All refund requests must:
- Be submitted by email to miller@push-her.com;
- Include the attendee’s full name, registration email address, confirmation number, and a clear request to cancel the registration; and
- Be received by the applicable refund deadline.
Notice given to a speaker, volunteer, hotel employee, event contractor, roommate, vendor, or another attendee does not constitute notice to PUSHer.
A refund request is considered received when it reaches the designated PUSHer email account. Attendees should retain a copy of the sent email and any confirmation received from PUSHer.
Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. Each request is subject to this policy.
Approved refunds will be issued within 45 calendar days after written approval and returned to the original payment method whenever reasonably possible.
PUSHer is not responsible for additional processing time imposed by a bank, card issuer, ticketing platform, or payment processor.
7. Spot Event Protection
Attendees are strongly encouraged to purchase optional Spot event protection or a Spot Refund Guarantee if it is offered during registration.
Spot event protection is a separate optional product provided and administered by Spot. It is not provided or administered by PUSHer or Dr. Mya P. Miller Enterprise LLC.
Coverage, eligibility, exclusions, cancellation deadlines, reimbursement amounts, fees, documentation requirements, and claim decisions are governed exclusively by the terms presented by Spot at the time of purchase.
Purchasing Spot event protection does not modify or replace this PUSHer refund policy. PUSHer does not control, administer, approve, deny, or guarantee a Spot claim or reimbursement.
Questions and claims concerning Spot event protection must be submitted directly to Spot who is a 3rd party vendor.
An attendee may not receive duplicate reimbursement from Spot and PUSHer for the same registration loss when doing so would result in reimbursement exceeding the attendee’s eligible financial loss.
8. No-Shows, Travel Problems and Partial Participation
Except where otherwise required by law, refunds, partial refunds, and credits will not be issued because an attendee:
- Fails to attend
- Arrives late or leaves early
- Misses a session, meal, activity, transportation service, or other included benefit
- Experiences a flight delay, flight cancellation, or other transportation problem
- Cannot obtain time off from work
- Has a scheduling conflict
- Changes her mind
- Is dissatisfied with a speaker, facilitator, session, roommate, meal, hotel room, activity, or reasonable schedule change
- Is removed for violating an event, safety, conduct, or hotel policy
- Experiences illness, injury, pregnancy, bereavement, family circumstances, or another personal emergency
Attendees are responsible for obtaining appropriate travel or event protection for registration costs, airfare, transportation, and other travel-related expenses.
9. Double-Occupancy Registration
Double-occupancy pricing is charged per attendee. Each roommate must register separately and pay her own deposit, registration balance, fees, and personal expenses.
The second roommate’s deposit must be received within 30 calendar days after the first roommate’s deposit.
If the second roommate’s deposit is not received within 30 calendar days:
- The registered attendee will have 14 additional calendar days to identify another roommate who completes registration and pays the required deposit; or
- The registered attendee will be transferred to single occupancy and become responsible for the difference between the double-occupancy and single-occupancy registration prices.
Any single-occupancy price difference must be paid by the deadline communicated by PUSHer and no later than April 1, 2027.
If a roommate cancels, fails to make a required payment, becomes ineligible, or cannot attend, the remaining attendee must either:
- Identify an eligible replacement roommate within the period approved by PUSHer; or
- Pay the applicable single-occupancy price difference.
A roommate’s cancellation, withdrawal, nonpayment, removal, or inability to attend does not entitle the remaining attendee to a refund, credit, cancellation exception, or continued double-occupancy pricing.
PUSHer does not guarantee roommate compatibility and is not responsible for roommate disagreements, personal conflicts, sleep preferences, habits, property loss, or other issues between roommates.
Roommate requests are not guaranteed. PUSHer may make reasonable room assignments or changes when operationally necessary. PUSHer will not place an attendee with an unknown roommate without notifying her.
Each attendee is responsible for hotel incidentals, damages, rule violations, and personal charges attributed to her.
10. Registration Transfers and Substitutions
Registrations are personal to the registered attendee and may not be sold, auctioned, assigned, transferred for profit, or given to another person without prior written approval from PUSHer.
An attendee may submit a written transfer request to miller@push-her.com. PUSHer is not required to approve a transfer or substitution.
A transfer is not effective unless:
- PUSHer approves the transfer in writing;
- The replacement attendee is eligible to attend;
- The replacement attendee completes all required registration information;
- The replacement attendee accepts all applicable event policies;
- Any outstanding balance is paid; and
- Any administrative fee disclosed before approval is paid.
The replacement attendee assumes the original registration’s room arrangement, payment obligations, refund eligibility, and remaining balance unless PUSHer approves different terms in writing.
The original attendee remains responsible for the registration until PUSHer confirms the transfer in writing.
11. Event Cancellation, Postponement and Changes
PUSHer may make reasonable changes to speakers, facilitators, sessions, activities, meals, transportation arrangements, event spaces, and schedules.
A change to a speaker, facilitator, session, activity, meal, transportation schedule, event space, or program schedule does not qualify an attendee for a refund when the overall event is still provided.
If the Houston venue changes, PUSHer may move the event to a reasonably comparable venue within the greater Houston area. A venue change within the greater Houston area does not automatically qualify an attendee for a refund.
Event postponement
If PUSHer postpones the entire event, registrations and payments will automatically transfer to the rescheduled date.
An attendee who is unable to attend the rescheduled date must submit a written request to miller@push-her.com within 30 calendar days after PUSHer announces the new date.
If the request is timely, PUSHer will refund eligible registration payments made directly by the attendee, including the deposit, less any non-refundable third-party fees that are not returned to PUSHer.
Failure to submit a request within the 30-day period constitutes acceptance of the rescheduled date, and the registration will remain subject to the regular refund schedule.
Permanent event cancellation
If PUSHer permanently cancels the event and does not reschedule it, PUSHer will refund registration payments made directly by the attendee, including the deposit, less any third-party fees that are not returned to PUSHer.
Except where otherwise required by law, PUSHer is not responsible for airfare, baggage fees, airport transportation, lodging booked separately, travel expenses, lost wages, childcare expenses, personal purchases, incidental expenses, or other costs incurred by an attendee.
12. Circumstances Beyond PUSHer’s Control
PUSHer is not responsible for a delay, interruption, relocation, modification, postponement, or cancellation caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include:
- Severe weather or natural disaster
- Fire or flood
- Epidemic, pandemic, or public-health emergency
- Government order or restriction
- Civil disturbance or terrorism
- Labor disruption
- Transportation shutdown
- Utility or technology failure
- Venue closure or unavailability
- An emergency or other circumstance that makes holding the event unsafe, unlawful, or impracticable
When such circumstances occur, PUSHer may proceed with, modify, relocate, postpone, provide a comparable alternative to, or cancel the event.
Any refund, credit, rescheduling option, or other remedy will be determined in good faith after considering the circumstances, expenses already incurred, contractual commitments, insurance proceeds, and amounts recoverable from the hotel, vendors, payment processors, insurers, and other event partners.
Nothing in this section limits any right that cannot legally be waived.
13. Special Rates, Discount Codes and Complimentary Registrations
PUSHer may offer special registration rates, promotional codes, speaker rates, volunteer discounts, group rates, scholarships, sponsored registrations, or complimentary registrations to eligible individuals.
Unless PUSHer expressly states otherwise in writing:
- Discounts apply only to the registration price and do not reduce the required $500 deposit.
- The $500 deposit remains non-refundable.
- Discount codes cannot be combined, transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively.
- An attendee must enter the applicable code during registration.
- PUSHer is not required to apply a discount after registration is completed.
- Discounts are available only to the individual or group for whom they were issued.
- Private or restricted codes may not be shared, published, sold, or distributed to unauthorized individuals.
- PUSHer may verify eligibility before or after registration.
- Unauthorized use may result in removal of the discount, collection of the price difference, or cancellation of the registration.
- Special rates are subject to stated expiration dates, eligibility requirements, usage limits, and availability.
- A special rate does not guarantee a particular room, roommate, speaker, session, assignment, or benefit unless confirmed in writing.
- Complimentary benefits, promotional savings, scholarships, sponsored amounts, and discount values have no cash value and are not refundable.
Refund percentages for discounted registrations are calculated using the eligible amount the attendee actually paid after the discount was applied, excluding the $500 deposit and all non-refundable fees.
If an attendee becomes ineligible for a special rate, fails to satisfy its conditions, or uses a code without authorization, PUSHer may require payment of the difference between the discounted price and the applicable registration price.
Loss of eligibility for a discount does not create a right to a refund.
Volunteer rates
Volunteer discounts may be conditioned upon the attendee completing the responsibilities, arrival requirements, schedule, and service commitments contained in a separate volunteer agreement.
Any financial consequence for failing to complete the volunteer commitment must be disclosed in the volunteer agreement accepted by the attendee.
Speaker, sponsor and invited-guest rates
Speaker, sponsor, partner, clergy, invited-guest, and other restricted rates are available only to individuals specifically authorized by PUSHer.
Receiving a special rate does not create an employment relationship or guarantee compensation, travel reimbursement, a speaking opportunity, vendor space, or another benefit unless included in a separate written agreement.
Occupancy changes
If an attendee changes or is transferred from double occupancy to single occupancy, the original discount percentage or promotional price is not guaranteed to apply to the single-occupancy registration.
The attendee will be responsible for the applicable single-occupancy price communicated by PUSHer, less eligible registration payments already received.
14. Ticketing Platform, Service and Payment-Processing Fees
PUSHer uses a third-party ticketing and registration platform to process registrations and payments.
The ticketing platform, payment processor, credit-card provider, or other third-party provider may charge service, convenience, transaction, installment, or payment-processing fees.
These fees:
- Are separate from the advertised PUSHer registration price and the required $500 deposit;
- Will be disclosed during registration or checkout;
- May be charged with the initial deposit and each subsequent payment;
- May vary based on registration type, payment amount, payment method, payment plan, or ticketing platform;
- Are not applied toward the attendee’s registration balance;
- Do not reduce the required $500 deposit;
- Are generally non-refundable; and
- May be retained by the ticketing platform or payment processor rather than paid directly to PUSHer.
Each attendee is responsible for reviewing the total amount shown at checkout, including applicable fees, before submitting payment.
PUSHer does not control fees charged directly by the ticketing platform, financial institution, credit-card issuer, or payment processor.
PUSHer is not responsible for overdraft fees, insufficient-funds fees, interest charges, foreign-transaction fees, or other charges imposed by an attendee’s financial institution.
Payment-plan fees
If an attendee selects a payment plan, a service or processing fee may be charged with each installment. These fees are separate from the installment amount applied toward the registration balance.
Paying a balance early does not create a right to a refund of fees already charged.
Refunds of third-party fees
Ticketing-platform, service, convenience, payment-processing, credit-card, payment-plan, installment, and Spot event-protection fees will be refunded only if the applicable third-party provider returns the fee to PUSHer or the refund is otherwise required by law.
15. Declined, Returned or Reversed Payments
If a payment is declined, returned, reversed, disputed, or rejected:
- The payment will not be credited toward the attendee’s registration balance.
- The attendee remains responsible for the unpaid amount.
- A returned-payment or processing fee may apply if disclosed and permitted by law.
- PUSHer may suspend or cancel the registration if the payment is not corrected within the deadline provided.
A declined, returned, reversed, disputed, or rejected payment does not extend a payment, roommate, cancellation, or refund deadline.
16. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
Attendees should contact PUSHer at miller@push-her.com before initiating a payment dispute so the parties have an opportunity to address the concern.
A payment dispute or chargeback does not automatically cancel a registration or create a right to a refund.
PUSHer may provide the attendee’s registration acknowledgment, applicable policies, payment records, and relevant communications to the ticketing platform, payment processor, card issuer, or financial institution when responding to a payment dispute.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is resolved in PUSHer’s favor, the attendee remains responsible for the outstanding registration balance and any permitted fees arising from the dispute.
17. Attendee Acknowledgment
By completing registration, submitting payment, or participating in a payment plan, the attendee confirms that she:
- Reviewed this policy before submitting payment;
- Understands that the $500 deposit is generally non-refundable;
- Understands how refund eligibility and refund amounts are calculated;
- Understands that all balances must be paid by April 1, 2027;
- Understands that refund requests must be submitted to miller@push-her.com;
- Understands that ticketing, service, and payment-processing fees are additional and generally non-refundable;
- Understands and accepts the double-occupancy and roommate requirements;
- Understands that each roommate can register and pay separately;
- Understands that she may be transferred to single occupancy and required to pay the price difference if her roommate does not register, pay, or attend;
- Understands that a roommate’s cancellation or inability to attend does not create a right to a refund;
- Understands that Spot event protection is optional, separately administered, and subject to Spot’s terms;
- Understands that special rates and discount codes may have additional eligibility requirements; and
- Agrees to the PUSHer Terms and Conditions, Code of Conduct, Safety and Wellness Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, and Photo and Video Release.
18. Policy Updates and Severability
The version of this policy accepted at the time of registration will govern that registration unless a later change is required by law or the attendee agrees to the change in writing.
If any provision of this policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.
